Fragile sofa is made by collapsed cardboard boxes and wrapped with tapes. The originally strong cardboard box is softened by the destructive force of gravity, a flaw that makes cardboard boxes fragile. This sofa takes advantage of this functional flaw and transforms it into a formal feature. After being covered with "fragile" warnings, these collapsed cartons can withstand the weight of an adult, creating a paradoxical and humorous expression of overcoming a flaw with a flaw. The cartons retain the indentations of each damage, creating a unique shape and ergonomic design that fully expresses the personality of the carton.
